One work day and more rain

The piling sites opened up today and the guys went to work. They could always get pulled out if needed and the tractor was standing by in the field, and in the piling yards. The fields weren’t as bad as I thought, but the pilers had so much mud from the trucks and it got so slick, the tires would just spin in some spots. They were busy pulling some trucks out and trying to clean up the messes. I rode with him for two rounds. I didn’t see anyone get pulled out, but there was one truck that was slowly trying to get himself out and kept sliding.

They worked from about 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM when it started raining pretty hard. So the day shift got some hours in, but not the night shift this time.
