From Idaho Falls to Henry’s Lake, ID
Driving through Idaho there is more farming community and more green grass and trees than what we’re used to seeing in Arizona and Utah. We also had the Teton mountains in our view for a while.
You can click on any of the pictures to enlarge them.
Going through the Targhee National Forest, there were areas where trees have been replanted and a few signs in the area stating the years they were planted. There’s about a 15-mile of stretch in the forest of “rough road”.
We climbed a couple thousand feet in elevation and had some snow on the sides in the trees and hillsides.
