We found the Paria Canyon boondocking site through freecampsites.net. There is a BLM Visitor Center which we stopped at and found out we could stay either right below the Center (first dirt road in) or continue on up the hill to a landing where a gravel pit is on one end. There were two RVs in the smaller area by the Center, so we drove up the steep hill (luckily no one was coming down). There was one RV up there and we decided to stay on top for the night. It’s real windy on top, but the view is great. Another RV and a van came to spend the night. The van tucked in the gravel pit area to get away from the wind.
One thing it didn't mention on the freecampsites.net site was whether or not there was cell service (a lot of times that is mentioned). We had 1-2 bars Verizon, and couldn’t receive calls, but were able to receive texts.
