Cottonwood Park, C.J. Strike Dam
Cottonwood Park is a campground located at the Bruneau Arm on the south-side of the reservoir operated by Idaho Power. Stays are limited to 14 consecutive days. There are 28 campsites, two vault toilets, picnic tables and a boat ramp. Idaho Power operates three other campgrounds in the area. The campsites are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. BLM also operates a campground near by. Idaho Power offers reduced camping fees to service-disabled veterans and campers over 60. For veterans with any level of service-related disability, overnight camping fees are lowered by 50 percent. Seniors receive $2 off summer rates and $1 off winter rates. Regular rate for Cottonwood Park is $8.00, we paid $6.00.
