White Rock Visitor Center, NM

The White Rock Visitor Center in White Rock, NM has an area for RVs to park overnight. It was $20 and had 30/50 amp, a dump and water. There are shuttles that go to the Bandelier National Monument from the visitor center daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, or you can drive at other times.
